Turnaround
All orders for in-stock products are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order, we will wait until every part of your order is in stock before shipping your complete order. Back ordered items generally take 10 business days to be back in stock and ready to be shipped in your order.
Carriers and Destinations
All of our orders are delivered by Canada Post as Parcels. We only ship to Canadian destinations.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the purchase price of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. Currently, BioSpa is offering free shipping on all orders to any location in Canada!
Estimated Delivery Times
While shipping times with Canada Post will vary from location to location across Canada, we estimate the following delivery times once your order has been processed:
- 3 business days in Atlantic Canada
- 3-5 business days to Ontario and Quebec
- 5-7 business days to Western Canada and Northern Territories
Order Tracking
Canada Post provides order tracking numbers on parcel deliveries. Your order will include the tracking information, and orders can be tracked on Canada Post's website.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original UNUSED and UNOPENED condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

Summerside, PE C1N 3N2 - Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Return Exceptions
Any opened or used product will not be accepted for return or exchange, unless there is a manufacturer defect.
Restocking Fee
All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, excluding original shipping. This will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
Exchanges
Perfume(s) may be exchanged if they are in UNUSED and UNOPENED condition. However, you will be charged additional shipping on the new product(s). Shipping charges to return the original purchases to the BioSpa Distributing office is the responsibility of the buyer.
